Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Because eBooks are delivered instantly as digital files and program seats are reserved on payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a payment is completed.

When we will help

• Charged twice for the same order: the extra payment is refunded to the original payment method.
• Money debited but no order confirmation: if PayU confirms we received the money, we complete your order; if we did not receive it, your bank or PayU reverses the debit.
• Can't download your eBook: we resend a working download link.

To raise any of these, email ceo@devanshai.com or WhatsApp +91 70002 03359 with your order number within 7 days of payment. Refunds we approve are processed through PayU to the original payment method; the time for it to reach your account depends on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before paying. Unpaid orders are not charged.
